Terms of Service

Welcome to Nico Pacheco Media. By engaging our media partnerships, you agree to the following terms: Services are provided on a monthly retainer structure of $2,500, billed in advance via secure electronic invoicing. Active services will be paused if an invoice remains unpaid past its due date. Upon full payment of invoices, all final delivered media assets, video edits, and content strategies transfer entirely to the intellectual property ownership of the client. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska.
