Refund Policy

Due to the custom execution and dedicated resource allocation involved in our premium videography, editing, and content strategy services, Nico Pacheco Media enforces a strict no-refunds policy on all processed retainers. All sales are final. If a client wishes to terminate their monthly media partnership, a 30-day written notice is required prior to the next scheduled billing cycle.
